Customer Service Representative
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA (Relocating to City of Industry in January)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Morning Shift | Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person role with a mandatory relocation to City of Industry in January, following approximately three months of training in Rancho Dominguez.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and business partners via phone and email

Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

Monitor delivery route progress and resolve delivery issues

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Generate and manage routing and shipping documents

Collaborate with the warehouse team and support daily operations

Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to maintain accurate records
Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Open availability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Strong organizational skills and a quick learner

Experience working in a warehouse environment

Team-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule and Compensation

Work Days: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Shift Options: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
