Job DescriptionLocation: West Palm Beach, FL 33407Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm
This role involves managing staff, coordinating logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving shipment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of shipping and receiving teams and other warehouse operations.
Confirm and record receipt of shipments and prepare items for shipping.
Manage loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
Make real-time decisions regarding dock assignments and worker allocation.Monitoring the warehouse to adhere to safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Ability to handle discrepancies and maintain safety standards.
Basic computer knowledge.Strong communication skills.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish fluently) is a requirement
In addition to basic warehousing skills the ideal candidate must be responsible, dependable and has proven experience leading a team and supervising staff.
