2nd shift 4PM to 2:00am -Prepares and adjust knitting machines before operation, including threading yarns, setting stitch length, ensuring proper tension.
Monitors machines while they run to detect any defects or irregularities in the fabric.
Inspects finished products for flaws such as dropped stitches, holes, or inconsistent texture, and makes necessary adjustments.
Performs minor repairs on machines to keep them running efficiently.
Documents production data like machine settings, production quantity, and any issues encountered.
