COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client’s products are used extensively for pipelines, refineries, manufacturing facilities, bridges, marine vessels, offshore platforms, wind towers and blades, and in many other industrial applications
POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales
COMPENSATION: Competitive Base + DOE
BENEFITS: Standard package
LOCATION: Houston, TX
SUMMARY: Our client is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive for our US sales team. The qualified individual will be a person with direct contractor field experience in one or more of our targeted markets and must be people friendly as someone that loves the sales process.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound sales efforts with existing and new customers with primary focus on lines
- Create access and build revenue growth across new market segments
- Work closely with the marketing team to target different market segments
- Work directly with applicators on site to train and supervise tools use
- Represent at industry trade shows and customer vendor days
- Develop sales channels and innovative services
- Conduct market research and assist in the development and expansion of CRM tool
- Promote a company culture based on trust, responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years proven sales experience in industrial equipment, tools, coatings, or infrastructure solutions
- An independent initiator, self-starter, that can take responsibility and build trust within a small team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling sales and building product demand
- Strong communicator, comfortable leading industry workshops and hands-on field demonstrations
- Technical affinity or background in industrial, mechanical, or coatings-related fields preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus
