What Are We Seeking?
- 5+ years of experience as a head chef or similar role, leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills that inspire your team to achieve excellence and take ownership of their work
- A commitment to fostering a safe and collaborative kitchen culture where everyone feels empowered to grow
- Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless workflow.
- The ability to work independently while taking initiative to drive results and achieve goals.
- Experience with digital inventory, POS, and accounting software to maintain efficient operations.
- A creative mind for developing innovative menu features and signature dishes.
- A solid understanding of Cost of Goods (COGS) and Cost of Labor (COL) concepts to optimize profitability.
- Advanced culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious food from scratch.
