Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Analyst to lead our sales team and drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, account management, customer service, outside sales, technology sales, leadership, negotiation, and sales management. As the Sales and Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and overseeing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue goals
- Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Drive product launches and promotional activities to boost sales performance
- Utilize technology sales expertise to leverage digital tools for marketing campaigns
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams to foster a high-performance culture

Trade Show:

  • Conducting comprehensive research on trade show opportunities, sustainable industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinating logistics, booth setup, and eco-friendly materials for trade show events.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of sustainable trade show strategies and promotional campaigns.

Lead Generation:

  • Assisting in sustainable lead generation activities through various channels, including online platforms and targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop green lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyzing lead data to identify sustainable trends and opportunities for improvement.

CRM Support:

  • Assist in training Sales Reps in setting up and following CRM procedure.
  • Troubleshooting and following up with Sales issues.
  • Enter lead data into CRM platform and create reporting

Content Creation:

  • Creating compelling marketing collateral, such as eco-conscious flyers, articles, and case studies.
  • Managing and updating content on our website and YouTube channel when needed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and create impactful marketing materials.
  • Providing custom sales support materials that align with our eco-friendly values.

Internal Coordination:

  • Researching and coordinating marketing initiatives, such as ordering promotional items.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for sales team requests related to marketing materials.
  • Assisting in the creation and updating of sales presentations, ensuring they reflect our current incentives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, and customer service
- Strong background in outside sales, technology sales, leadership, negotiation, and sales management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful sales initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms
