\n\nJob Requirements / Qualifications\n

- Active RN license (Ohio)\n
- ICU experience as an ICU RN or critical care nurse preferred\n
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements, including:\n
- \n
- License/Certificate verification\n
- MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, and Fit Test documentation\n
- Physical/Health Statement\n
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)\n
- Driver’s License or State ID\n
- Skills checklist and competency exam\n
- Education and employment verification\n
- Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen\n

- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills needed for critical care nursing and ICU teamwork\n
\n\nResponsibilities\n
- \n
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU as an ICU RN / critical care nurse\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress using hospital systems and critical care protocols\n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized ICU care plans\n
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate critical care equipment\n
- Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication\n
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital policies\n
