We are an established steel fabrication and erection company seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver structural steel projects.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Coordinate with GCs, owners, and field crews.
</li>
<li>
Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
</li>
<li>
Oversee shop drawings, detailing, and field measurements.
</li>
<li>
Ensure timely delivery, safe installation, and client satisfaction.
</li>
<li>
Solve issues quickly and keep projects on track.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
1+ years construction project management (steel preferred).
</li>
<li>
Ability to read drawings and manage budgets/schedules.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and leadership skills.
</li>
<li>
Tech-savvy with MS Office and project tools (Procore, Excel, Word)
</li>
<li>
Steel experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
</li>
