We are seeking a skilled Shipping Lead for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) at a large metal finishing company located in Santa Ana, CA. This position offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee activities and perform general warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and process improvements.
- Support process improvements and any other form of inventory management.
- Utilize RF Scanners and ERP systems to ensure efficient operations.
Essential Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in shipping operations.
- Proficiency in using RF Scanners and ERP systems.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct work efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience with specialized functions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, with Syteline preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply department processes under time constraints.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional follow-through and dependability.
Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing facility with multiple buildings and departments focused on metal finishing processes. The environment is dynamic and requires adherence to safety standards and efficient operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
