**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or delivery services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move items as required.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work various shifts, including some Saturdays (off on Sundays).
