Manufacturing Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are seeking a high-potential manufacturing leader to oversee an established manufacturing operation in the Tampa area. We welcome candidates ranging from experienced Plant Managers and Manufacturing Managers to high-potential Assistant Plant Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, and engineering leaders with a strong manufacturing and process background. We are seeking leaders from chemical manufacturing, plastics processing, polymer compounding, raw material processing, injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, thermoforming, rubber compounding, specialty chemicals, resins, additives, coatings, adhesives, industrial minerals, or other process manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop supervisors, managers, and frontline leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Drive improvements in productivity, throughput, quality, cost, and on time delivery.
  • Partner with executive leadership on capital investments, operational strategy, and future growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while creating a positive and collaborative manufacturing culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Progressive manufacturing leadership experience leading supervisors, managers, or production teams. While experienced plant leaders are encouraged to apply, we also welcome high-potential manufacturing and engineering leaders who have demonstrated success leading people and driving operational results.
  • Experience in chemicals, plastics, polymers, rubber, resins, specialty chemicals, industrial minerals, or other process manufacturing environments.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance, developing people, leading organizational change, and driving continuous improvement.
