Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide precise treatments to ensure the health and happiness of young clients.
- Embrace flexible working hours, including extended days, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs of our community.
- Exceed productivity expectations through efficient clinical care and management strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive diagnostic and treatment protocols for pediatric care.
- Offer remote assistance via phone, ensuring continuity and safety in patient care.
- Collaboratively create engaging patient education materials and mentor the next generation of healthcare students.
- Guide and mentor non-physician providers to enhance the quality of pediatric treatment.
- Actively participate in staff meetings and engage in Performance Improvement Programs.
- Advise patients on health maintenance and illness prevention, following FQHC and legal standards.
- Take on additional responsibilities to advance clinic service and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Doctorate with current and active licensure.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Commitment to engaging with Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Interest in adolescent healthcare and adherence to professional ethical standards.
- Completion of continual education credits to maintain licensure.
- Strong cultural competency and sensitivity towards diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, community members, and the public.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proven decision-making skills that promote patient-centered care and clinic efficiency.
