Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Virginia Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple school locations
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and advocating for student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a varied K–12 caseload
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and related service providers to create inclusive educational environments
• Maintain organized records of assessments, interventions, and student progress
• Provide training and resources to staff and families on fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Travel between 2–3 assigned school sites each week
