Provide specialized nursing care on a Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Unit at a leading medical center in Aurora, CO. This contract opportunity offers an engaging environment where clinical expertise in oncology nursing directly contributes to innovative patient care and research breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing BMT, maintaining close monitoring and detailed assessment.
- Administer chemotherapy and manage neutropenic fever protocols, including blood culture draws and IV medication delivery.
- Utilize advanced equipment such as Alaris infusion pumps and navigate EMR software (Meditech) efficiently.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid RN licensure with Blood & Marrow Transplant ICU experience is essential.
- ACLS certification is required for this role.
- Chemotherapy certification, along with BMTCN and/or OCN credentials, are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering oncology patient care.
Schedule:
- Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Patient-to-nurse ratio averages 3:1, supporting meaningful patient interactions.
