Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) for a 3-month contract opportunity in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital, commercial laboratory, or blood bank setting.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a:
Hospital
Commercial Laboratory
Blood Bank
Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills
Experience handling high patient volumes
Knowledge of proper specimen labeling, processing, and transport procedures
Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Program
Required Certifications
- Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT) – Required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
