Youll know what success looks like, have support when you need it, and be trusted to manage your day against clear calling and follow-up expectations.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and inbound leads
- Quote through PL Rater and carrier systems
- Build client relationships that lead to retention and referrals
- Keep notes and tasks up to date in AgencyZoom throughout the day
- Work toward daily activity and production goals with coaching and support
- Deliver a top-tier client experience with every interaction

- Active P&C license preferred (we can assist with licensing for strong candidates)
- Previous sales or client service experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable learning tech platforms (AgencyZoom, Lightspeed Voice, etc.)
- Attention to detail when quoting and documenting client notes
