A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 20252026 school year in Wyoming, designed for professionals passionate about supporting pediatric speech and language development within school settings. This contract position offers the chance to work directly with students, collaborating with educational teams to enhance communication skills and educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and small-group speech therapy services aligned with student IEPs.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary service providers to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights to multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Wyoming SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Certificate of Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged (supervision provided).
  • Experience in school-based settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
