Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals.
- Deliver evidence-based individual and small-group speech therapy services aligned with student IEPs.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary service providers to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights to multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Wyoming SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Certificate of Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged (supervision provided).
- Experience in school-based settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
