Job Summary:
- The Administrative Nursing Coordinator oversees nursing services during evening and night shifts, ensuring adherence to patient care standards and hospital policies.

Required Skills & Experience:
- The candidate has over 15 years of nursing experience, including 5+ years in acute care leadership and 10+ years in critical care or ED.
- They excel in critical thinking, communication, data analysis, and are skilled in quality improvement methods like CQI and Root Cause Analysis.
- Known for professionalism, teamwork, and leadership, they are committed to ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current NY State RN License, required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), required.
- Certified in area of Specialty, required.
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree - Graduate of accredited nursing school (BSN) required.
- Preferred Education: Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
Shift : Nights – 12 AM – 8 AM (5 Days Per Week) Alternate Weekends And Some Holidays Required
