Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) - Near DTLA

We are seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client located near Downtown Los Angeles. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Onsite)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $30-$35 DOE

Position Overview

This role supports a busy team in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, highly organized, and possesses strong written communication skills. Experience in the accounting industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and staff
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence and reports
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and general office support
  • Support accounting team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-spoken with a professional demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (intermediate level required)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Accounting industry experience is a plus

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
