WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an IT Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, deployment, and tracking of IT equipment and inventory. You'll play a key role in supporting end users, managing hardware logistics, and maintaining accurate records of IT assets across multiple locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfill material and equipment requests, ensuring accurate and timely deployment.
  • Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, desk phones, and mobile devices.
  • Collect IT assets from employees during terminations, upgrades, or relocations.
  • Coordinate the delivery and setup of devices for new hires, ensuring timely availability ahead of orientation dates.
  • Provide deskside support and quick-fix troubleshooting assistance where needed.
  • Restock IT cabinets and vending machines regularly.
  • Manage e-waste recycling and equipment donation requests.
  • Receive and process inbound hardware shipments.
  • Maintain traceability and accuracy using internal inventory and data entry systems.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Support daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and audits as directed by the Site Lead.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments to NORAM and global locations.
  • Monitor, update, and manage Service Request Tickets (SRTs) and task queues.
  • Assist with desk moves and related IT coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with inventory teams across the NORAM region.
  • Take part in any additional projects or tasks assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with inventory management tools or asset tracking systems (a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across teams effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and strong customer service focus.
  • Professional demeanor and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
