We are a small satellite office for a Cruise Ship/Freighter business located in Tahiti French Polynesia. This office handles all inquiries and reservations mainly for the US and Canadian market and those from South America.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive,, resourceful and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in our growing business. This position will provide support for administrative activities as well as marketing support to our marketing team.

Responsibilities to include:

- Handle incoming calls, emails and other inquiries

- Data entry for reservations and accounting

- Document management - maintain and organize files and other materials

- Processing reservations, customer info, brochures, payments etc

Need to be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; willingness and aptitude to learn new software programs and systems.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask is a priority.

Position requires in person work in San Mateo, CA

Competitive salary - range $20-$30 per hour

Part time to start, potential to be full time position with benefits (health insurance, paid holidays, retirement plan).
