We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local travel night shift assignment within a long-term care setting. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care, administering treatments, and ensuring resident safety and comfort during overnight hours.
The position requires strong clinical competency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting the nursing team during night operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents during overnight shifts
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure resident safety and comfort throughout the night
Support care plan implementation and nursing protocols
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance standards
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership
Report significant changes in patient condition promptly

Job Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state of New Hampshire or compact/eligible where applicable)
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Previous long-term care experience preferred
