About the CompanyWe are a growing manufacturer in the pool equipment industry, producing high-quality pool filtration systems and components. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Fabricator to join our production team in West Palm Beach, FL.
Job SummaryThe General Fabricator will assist in the manufacturing and assembly of components used in pool filtration systems. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to cut, assemble, and prepare parts while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal and plastic components according to specifications
- Operate basic shop equipment and hand tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.)
- Assist with cutting, fitting, and preparing materials for production
- Perform basic assembly of products and components
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support production team to meet daily manufacturing goals
Qualifications
- Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and shop equipment
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
