About the Role

\n

We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Designer to support the design team across the full product lifecycle—from tech packs and sample tracking to mood boards and cross-functional communication. Perfect for an early-career designer seeking hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and growth in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and tech design.

How You’ll Contribute

    \n
  • Support the design manager with data entry, reporting, and issue tracking.
  • \n

  • Prepare meeting recaps, updates, and presentation boards.
  • \n

  • Track development samples from concept through adoption; share updates with cross-functional partners.
  • \n

  • Assist with the pipeline calendar (due dates, milestone meetings, deliverables).
  • \n

  • Gain hands-on experience in:
  • \n

  • Tech packs
  • \n

  • Sketching (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop)
  • \n

  • Lab dips & trim approvals
  • \n

  • Cutting color swatches
  • \n

  • Sample management & package coordination
  • \n

  • Mood/swatch/style boards & presentation decks
  • \n

  • Factory communication for samples & submits
  • \n

  • Ensure information shared with partners is timely, accurate, and aligned with design intent.
  • \n

  • Flag potential sample-tracking or timeline risks to keep projects on schedule.
  • \n

What You Bring to the Team

\n

    \n
  • Assistant Designer: 0–1 year of design/product development experience (internships count!).
  • \n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or Product Development.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and design aesthetics.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, plus Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • \n

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • \n

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and curious—eager to learn line building, brand curation, and problem solving.
  • \n
