Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone coverage during lunch hour (12:00–1:00 PM and any breaks)
  • Process wholesale deals and dealer trades
  • Perform filing and maintain organized records
  • Assist with inventory tasks - stock in new vehicles
  • ECOM invoice processing
  • Perform various administrative and office duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Accurate data entry and computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions effectively
  • Dealership and accounting experience is a plus
  • Reliable and able to adapt to changing office needs
