Location: Pine Brook, NJ | Shift: 2nd shift (training on 1st shift for approximately 10 weeks)
A day in this role
At our Pine Brook advanced manufacturing site, you’ll kick off your shift by reviewing blueprints and process sheets, selecting and securing tooling and fixtures, loading and verifying G-code, and performing precise machine setups. You’ll run production on multi-axis CNC equipment, adjust offsets to hold tight tolerances, and perform in-process inspections using statistical process control. You’ll also complete routine maintenance on machines and sub-systems and pitch in with related shop support as needed to keep the line moving smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Operate CNC production equipment in line with documented procedures and standard work.
- Interpret blueprints and diagrams to choose, position, and secure tooling/fixtures.
- Tune machine settings and offsets to meet specifications, deadlines, and quality targets.
- Conduct ongoing preventive maintenance on machines and sub-systems.
- Support associated manufacturing activities and documentation.
What you bring
- 2–3 years operating CNC machining centers, including experience on 5-axis machines.
- Working knowledge of G-code and program verification.
- Experience with part inspection and statistical process control (SPC).
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or formal apprenticeship is a plus.
- Independent, self-starting work style.
- Must be a US Citizen.

Compensation & benefits
In New Jersey, the expected hourly range is $32.00–$43.00. This range is provided under pay transparency requirements and is not a guarantee of compensation; the final offer will depend on factors such as job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal equity.
