Bilingual Recruiter (CDL recruiting experience preferred)
Location: Annapolis, MD (in office Monday through Friday)

Salary: $75-85k

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL driver positions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while building a strong pipeline of qualified drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Source CDL driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Conduct candidate screenings (CDL qualifications, experience, availability)
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Partner with operations leadership to meet hiring needs
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience (transportation, logistics, or skilled labor preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
