Job Details



Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile digital and manual timekeeping data to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Transfer time and earnings data between internal time tracking systems and payroll software.
  • Initiate and process payroll runs, bonus uploads, and off-cycle payments through enterprise systems.
  • Coordinate wage garnishments, tax withholdings, and other deductions in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Validate departmental labor cost allocations and submit corrections when necessary.
  • Issue termination payments and resolve discrepancies in employee pay.
  • Respond to employee questions about paychecks, deductions, and time entries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support the payroll lead with reporting, compliance, and audit-related tasks.
  • Maintain secure employee payroll records and assist with legal document requests.
  • Complete employment verifications for internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications and Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and employment tax policies.
  • Proficient in numerical data entry, reconciliation, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong ability to interpret policies and apply them in diverse payroll scenarios.
  • Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with enterprise payroll systems; UKG/Ultimate or Ceridian experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality customer service.
