Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS Oncology RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Orientation sessions offered: April 27-28, May 11-12, or May 26-27
  • NBO: 16 hours

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with a focus in Medical-Surgical Oncology
  • Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Willingness to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care as part of a collaborative team
  • Monitor and evaluate oncology patients’ conditions, reporting changes and adapting care plans as necessary
  • Administer treatments, medications, and provide education to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate records via EPIC EMR system
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
