Schedule/Hours:
- Orientation sessions offered: April 27-28, May 11-12, or May 26-27
- NBO: 16 hours
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license with a focus in Medical-Surgical Oncology
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Willingness to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care as part of a collaborative team
- Monitor and evaluate oncology patients’ conditions, reporting changes and adapting care plans as necessary
- Administer treatments, medications, and provide education to patients and families
- Maintain accurate records via EPIC EMR system
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
