People Services Coordinator Job Summary
People Services Coordinator is responsible to perform various administrative tasks to support HR department on a daily basis. This position will be engaged in training and development opportunities, learning the many aspects of human resources and involved in administrative duties including onboarding of a large quantity of team members. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly based on experience
Responsibilities of the People Services Coordinator:
- Assists with many administrative duties
- Assist in new hire orientations and trainings
- Assist in team member onboarding process
- Help create recognition events for team members
- Attends and assists with all required Forbes trainings
- Create communication to be distributed throughout the property (newsletter, monthly calendar, etc.)
- Assists with shuttle runs in emergency situations
- Assist with team member housing placement and walk throughs
- Coordinate room placements for each new team member in contracted housing
- Plan and execute cultural events and engagement activities
- Work to implement ideas and programs that foster a positive workplace culture
- Assist with other People Services tasks as needed
People Services Coordinator Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a HR degree program preferred
- Flexible schedule required as weekends may be involved on occasion
- Some hospitality experience a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow
