Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Fairfield, AL is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position during the current school year. This role offers the opportunity to support students' communication development across a diverse age range within an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services and student progress
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently
