Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in both insurance and financial services.
- Consult with customers to offer comprehensive financial planning, retirement solutions, and insurance options.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for the future.
- Stay current with market trends, new product offerings, and industry changes to provide customers with the most relevant solutions.
- Proactively market and cross-sell insurance and financial products to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service and support.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Bilingual skills in Russian or Ukrainian, in addition to English, are a bonus.
- Must either possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mentality and a passion for helping people secure their financial future.
