Job Description

Procurement Specialist

  • Do you enjoy organizing your closet?
  • Do spreadsheets calm you down?
  • Does crossing something off a checklist gives you an unreasonable amount of satisfaction?

If you're the person who notices details others miss, loves keeping projects organized, and can manage 100 moving pieces without dropping one, we want to talk to you. Apply now!

Christina River Exchange (CRE) is a fast-growing hospitality procurement company that helps bring hotels and commercial spaces to life. We work with major hotel brands and boutique properties nationwide, sourcing and purchasing everything from furniture and fixtures to operating supplies like bedding and wastebaskets and silverware.

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll own projects from design through installation—working with designers, architects, vendors, contractors, and hotel owners to ensure every item arrives where it should, when it should.

You'll thrive here if you:

✔ Love lists, tracking systems, and staying organized
✔ Are ridiculously detail-oriented
✔ Enjoy solving problems and keeping projects moving
✔ Can juggle multiple priorities without feeling overwhelmed
✔ Have strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data
✔ Enjoys working on a project team to see a project come alive

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing FF&E and OS&E procurement for hospitality projects
  • Creating budgets, bids, purchase orders, and reports
  • Coordinating with designers, vendors, and project teams
  • Tracking orders, schedules, and deliveries
  • Finding solutions when inevitable project challenges arise
  • Helping bring exciting hotel projects to completion

What We're Looking For

  • Purchasing, interior design, architecture, or related experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to read design drawings and specifications
  • A self-starter who enjoys being accountable for results

This is an opportunity to join a growing company, take ownership of meaningful projects, and build a career in a dynamic industry.

If your idea of fun is turning chaos into an organized spreadsheet, we'd love to hear from you.
