We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Lansing NT, Michigan. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, handling communications, and maintaining organized workflows. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at multitasking. This role is onsite with the potential to have some hybrid days in the future (one or two a week). M-F 8am-5pm.


Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

• Answer and manage inbound calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.

• Act as the first point of contact by managing receptionist duties and greeting visitors.

• Organize and maintain office documentation, ensuring accessibility and proper filing.

• Coordinate schedules and meetings, including preparing agendas and documentation.

• Assist in tracking and reporting office activities to support team collaboration.

• Handle correspondence and communication with external and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain inventory.

• Support special projects and additional tasks as requested by the management team.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing communication efficiently.
• Strong skills in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing front desk operations.
• Familiarity with office administrative procedures and organizational systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
