The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Las Vegas team. This person will play a key role in leading day-to-day client strategy, account management and media relations for some of our most exciting brands. They’ll collaborate closely with a VP and senior team members to shape strategies, drive results, and guide junior staff. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership, sharpen leadership skills, and be part of a supportive, fast-moving team that celebrates wins together.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service
- Support senior leadership in strategy development and campaign execution
- Write and edit press materials including press releases, bios, and media alerts that capture attention
- Consistently pitch and secure coverage in top local, regional, and national media outlets
- Coordinate media visits, photo and TV shoots, interviews, and client events
- Identify trends, story angles, and partnership opportunities for clients
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of experience in lifestyle or hospitality PR (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent writer and communicator with strong existing media relationships
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of media, culture, and brand storytelling
- A natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with team members and clients
