Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care while maintaining accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other departments. Upholds patient rights and ensures the confidentiality of patient information. Performs all duties in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications for RNs:

Required Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred

Licensure: Must possess a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the State of Missouri

Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association
Qualifications for LPNs:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Experience: 1 year of LPN experience

Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable educational experience and successful licensure. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the state where nursing duties are performed, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior or within 3 months of hire
