Job DescriptionOpportunities for RNs & LPNs in Neurosurgery (Full-time/Part-time)

This role presents both full-time and part-time positions for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) focused on neurosurgical patient care. The responsibilities include applying the nursing process to deliver thorough patient care, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring patient confidentiality while fostering professional growth through educational benefits. Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care while maintaining accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other departments. Upholds patient rights and ensures the confidentiality of patient information. Performs all duties in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.

Full-time & Part-time | Night Shifts

➤ Stay Pay Program - Earn an additional $2/hr. during productive time (24/7 bedside eligible position) at your 2, 5, 10, and 20-year anniversaries (up to $8/hr.)

➤ LPN to RN Bridge Program Assistance

➤ RN to BSN Bridge Program (up to $16,000)

➤ Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education

Qualifications for RNs:

  • Required Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred

  • Licensure: Must possess a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the State of Missouri

  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association

Qualifications for LPNs:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Preferred Experience: 1 year of LPN experience

  • Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable educational experience and successful licensure. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the state where nursing duties are performed, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements

  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire
    • LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior or within 3 months of hire
