Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Universal Care Unit (UCU). This role involves assisting with overflow patient care in Medical-Surgical (MS) and MS/Telemetry units. Based on UCU census and hospital needs, the nurse may be required to float within the facility.
Certifications Required:
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS
Active RN License.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years recent relevant nursing experience
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
ER Holding (preferred)
PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
Cardiac Monitoring
Emergency Response
Clinical Skills:
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Telemetry – remote monitoring
Use of Rapid Response and Code Teams
