Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for corporate and partnership entities.
  • Manage tax compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all reporting requirements.
  • Assist with tax planning and strategy to minimize liabilities and optimize tax positions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tax audits and respond to notices with federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Prepare complex tax provisions and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP.
  • Collaborate with accounting, legal, and finance teams on cross-departmental tax issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
