Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be adept at handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage inquiries from clients and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Provide general support to staff as needed
Experience
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong communication skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in handling clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
