Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Evenings & Weekends)

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional service.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule service appointments accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to incoming emails or direct them to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and update customer information in our operating system
- Support overall office operations and help ensure system accuracy and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively
Schedule
- Primarily afternoon/evening hours and weekends
- Flexibility may be required based on business needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
