Job Description

Title: COI insurance specialist

Location: REMOTE (PST ZONE)

Duration: 6 months (possible extension)

Job Responsibilities:

Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Workers Compensation is insurance line
Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
Data management
Data entry
Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
Ability to work PST hours - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hour Unpaid Lunch) Daily

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

Interpreting client requirements documents
Data management experience
Skilled with data management preferred. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate well with clients
Data Entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful and considered first

Education:

College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivelent Experience
