Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Dental Assistant position located in Winnetka, IL. The Dental Assistant will support one dentist in providing exceptional oral care to patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing patients for treatments, assisting during dental procedures, maintaining and sterilizing dental equipment, taking x-rays and ensuring patient comfort. Additional tasks may include administrative support, such as patient scheduling and record maintenance..
Qualifications:

Knowledge and strong clinical skills in dentistry: mainly restorative, with some extractions, minor periodontal surgeries and pediatric dentistry

Proficiency in dental tools and techniques, including Sterilization and 4-handed dentistry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support patient care

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask, while being organized

Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the workplace according to state and national laws
