Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Offer expert advice on various insurance products, ensuring clients receive the most suitable coverage for their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and cross-selling additional products.
- Manage existing client insurance policies, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to match their changing needs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions and transactions for seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new products to offer clients the most up-to-date advice.
Requirements
- Current Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License is mandatory.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
- Demonstrated energy and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Must meet the monthly quota set forth individually and the Agency.
