Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse students and providing inclusive care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to optimize student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and therapy effectiveness
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Provide resources, support, and education for school staff and parents as needed
