We are seeking a driven and hospitality-focused Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join a growing, high-energy restaurant company in Savannah GA. What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly and management team members
- Drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and service standards
- Manage scheduling, labor control, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company procedures
- Act as the primary leader when the General Manager is not present
