Job Description:The Remediation Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing customer account scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination in the medical device industry. This position requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently manage logistics across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable managing details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and customer accounts
- Create and maintain master schedules and project timelines
- Manage resource logistics and coordinate work instructions for field teams
- Forecast scheduling targets and track project milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide updates on account statuses
- Audit and reconcile project records to ensure compliance and quality
- Implement business process improvements and monitor key performance indicators
- Provide training coordination for third-party resources
- Collaborate with hospital contacts including Materials Management, Biomedical Engineering, and Clinical teams
- Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and company procedures
