TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. MUST BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN
Responsibilities:
- Community Partnerships: Collaborate with local food pantries, senior centers, faith-based organizations, and other community resources to foster partnerships and expand outreach efforts. Actively participate in community events and initiatives to strengthen relationships and enhance visibility.
- Street Marketing: Implement creative and effective street marketing strategies to increase awareness of community care services within the community. Activities may include distributing flyers, hosting informational booths, and directly engaging with community members.
- Community Engagement and Promotion: Promote community care services within the community, leveraging language skills to effectively communicate with diverse populations. Develop and nurture new referral sources through targeted outreach efforts.
- Relationship Strengthening: Conduct daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and adult day care centers to educate and inform referral sources and patients about available community care services
- Closing Deals: Effectively close deals and convert leads into referrals for the community care services, and send applications to intake team
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in outreach sales or a related field.
- Medicare agents/brokers are welcome.
- Strong background in sales, particularly in on-the-road sales roles.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Homecare/LTC experience preferred
Work Setting:
- 50% on the Road
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
