Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing methodologies, and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory strongly preferred.
