General Dentist

Locations: Middletown, MD
Practice Model: DSO (Dental Support Organization)
Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures: Restorative, Crown & Bridge, Molar Endo, Dentures, Extractions, and Cosmetic
Educate patients on oral health and hygiene
Create and implement treatment plans with patient consent
Collaborate with clinical team members in a patient-focused, supportive environment
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and ensure patient comfort throughout care

Compensation & Benefits:

Whichever is higher:
▪️ 33–35% of collections or
▪️ Daily guarantee of $750–$800 (paid biweekly for 6 months)
Average Earning Potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually
Top Performers: Up to $500,000/year
