Responsibilities
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries by phone, email, or chat
• Schedule tours and assist leasing agents with daily tasks
• Maintain accurate records of communication and leasing activity
• Support office operations to ensure a smooth and professional experience
• Learn property management systems and tools as needed
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarity with Chicago area neighborhoods is a plus
